Flat is offered typically for long distance. If you're paying for a flat rate moving you will be given the estimated time that your moving should be complete in your scheduled appointment. For example: You paid for a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom moving with an estimate of 3 man hours of moving . 2 movers arrive which means that they will complete your moving service for an estimate of 1.5 hours equalling 3 man hours of work. 

If you're paying for an hourly moving rate you will be given the estimated time that your moving should be complete in your scheduled appointment. But, if the hours go over you will be charged for the extra time spent . For example: You paid for a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom moving at hourly rate with an estimate of 2 man hours of moving. 2 movers arrive which means that they will move for an estimate of 1 hours equalling 2 man hours of work. 

• Lower your indoor temperature to 65-72 degrees If possible. As the movers get hot pretty while working. Working in hot conditions is hazardous and your moving may have to be rescheduled if the temperature in your property is at hazardous conditions.
• If you smoke in the house, have a lot of dust, or pet hair, open windows to let home air out before the moving team arrives.
• Pets should be in a designated area. This is for ours as well as their safety.

If you need extra supplies such as boxes, tv panel boxes, bubble wrap, and etc. Let us know so that your movers will be prepared with the items that you need.

If you need any special tools for assembling/disassembling let us know.

Don't stress - we'll do our best to remain flexible. We understand there can be problems with the complicated process of selling and buying a home, and it's not your fault. We do the best we can to adjust our service based on your changing needs. We should know at least four days before your move date if the time needs to be changed. If you don't have that much notice, that's okay too, but you may be charge a reschedule fee and we can't guarantee availability for your new move date.
