b. Nifty Pro Movers LLCare not liable for any damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or any circumstances beyond our control.
c. Nifty Pro Movers LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

b. Nifty Pro Movers LLC do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
c. Nifty Pro Movers LLC do not warrant that the information provided on our website is accurate, complete, or up-to-date.

Payments:

Minimum estimates must be paid at least 7 days prior to the appointment. And the difference is fully paid after completion of the job.

To hold an appointment time slot a minimum of $100 non refundable deposit.

 Cancellation Policy & Refunds:

While we understand that emergencies come up, we try our best to meet the needs of our clients by rescheduling their moving date free of charge at least 72 hours before appointment. No refunds are distributed, only credit to the account once payment is made. 

No charge for rescheduling within 72 hours. 

$50.00 within 48 hours of cleaning. 

$75.00 charge rescheduling same day.

No show will result in a $100 charge.

No refunds on $100 deposit for booking, funds will be applied to the final bill.

*You have 60 days to dispute any charge(s) to apply a credit to your Nifty Pro Mover account.
