We love to communicate directly with the client with a phone call to discuss and have a clear picture of the clients needs, if possible. We send an estimate to the customer through our 24/7 client portal from Nifty Pro Movers. From there, if the estimate looks good the client will approve it and it will turn into an invoice. Once Invoice is presented then a deposit for the minimum is due to hold date and time slot. We ask that you give us a 1 hour window to for pick up of furniture (items). Upon arrival a work order is presented and then its time to get to work! During the process management from the office check in with the client. Our job is to make sure that you have a great experience and satisfactory service!
Then, we add our clients into the client portal. We add details about your moving service into our internal note under your profile for the movers to view during your appointment.
Our client portal is open for our clients 24/7. There they can order services, contact us during and after business hours, have access to the history of their moving service with receipts of their invoices, and more.
Once moving needs are confirmed, we schedule an appointment. A 1 day and then 1 hour reminder is sent to the customer. You can also schedule appointments through the client portal.
